ADVISORY HIGHLIGHTS: US tropical watches discontinued for Arthur

As of 11 AM EDT on 7/5/2014, Arthur was a post tropical cyclone. The National Hurricane Center issued its last advisory, monitoring/reporting was being continued by the Canadian Hurricane Centre. ALAN is in communication with our emergency management and voluntary agency partners regarding their assessment and recovery activities. ALAN is transitioning to a monitoring status at this time.
