As I write this, we’re just a couple of days away from Flag Day. We’re also getting close to another holiday that ALAN invented last year.
It’s called Brag Day. And it’s truly one of our favorites, because it gives us the opportunity to celebrate the logistics community and how it’s repeatedly stepped up and enabled ALAN to “save lives through logistics” over the past several months. Just as important, it’s a time when we take time to send them one more heartfelt thank you before we get too mired down in the next hurricane season – and the next wave of COVID-19 supply chain requests.
In light of that, allow me to share several brag-worthy facts and figures about some of ALAN’s most memorable in-kind donations this spring – with a few extra statistics thrown in to give you a chuckle. They all add up to 316,076 additional reasons why I’m extra-thankful to be part of this extraordinary industry.
